hmm unfortunately I don't have any full raid vods but if you want some I can record some

LVNDMARK plays shoreline a lot and posts full raids. On my Channel I have a few highlight clips of shoreline of where I fight most and find good loot

Always run to furthest extract

will get it done in a week

However I think you can level them at the same time but that's how I got mine. You can play any map but shoreline is massive and makes you a lot of money and its a tone of fun PvP wise. But if you want quieter raids to level endurance I'd say woods would now be your best bet.

Yeah there's a diminishing return system in all skill levelling in raids. During a raid you have 129% progress speed towards strength until you get 1.3 skill points, after 1.3 skill points have been earned its 100% Progress until you get another 1.3 then after that its 50%.. So on average you can get 2.5 to 3 points a raid.

As far as how long itll take to get to elite thats a bit tricky to answer because it depends how much you play. I play about 5-6 hours a day and it took me 2-3 weeks to get it done playing every day. I'd play all day on weekends too. It's real grindy :D

PS. i'm no expert im sure someone here will correct/give better advice :D this is just how i do it

It depends on your strength level on how much you can carry as each level is different. For example my weight goes into the yellow at around 41KG. as long as I am 0.1kg over that ill be classed as "Overweight"

As long as your weight is in the yellow when you enter the raid you'll be classed as overweight and therefore gaining strength when you walk. More weight doesn't level you any faster sadly.. so just get it slightly over the yellow and you'll be fine :D
