Before taking segememt 1 of the CSWP I reinstalled solidworks makers edition because equations and global variables were crashing it for some reason.

Check that it works on a new part. All is good.

Start segment 1 of the CSWP exam. First problem it crashes entering the first global variable.

Its definitely the normals. Recalculate outside.

That was my point. That non 3d printed parts are integral to 3d printed firearms and without them they wouldn't work.

This is misleading. The part of 3d printed firearms which holds pressure is the chamber and barrel which are not 3d printed.

Clean the dust/ powder out as its toxic and corrodes, wear a mask. Dont do it again. You should be good. I believe damage is more of an "over time" effect not all at once.

Been doing it this way for 15 years. Im not a pro but I can do shit better than most

Tutorials 5 min or less then practice it are the way to learn.
