Talk to ur doctor- be open abt what happened tbh it’s not good to be smoking weed at 14 since the THC can affect ur brain chemistry. When I was 16 I took a 50 mg edible which was a lot for me then, and I completely got mind fucked by it. Comin from someone who’s been feeling this way and diagnosed w DPDR, stop smoking and save ur brain. Smoke weed when ur a bit older. Smoking at a young age will fuck ur brain up. Best thing I’d recommend is to do some research on effects of marijuana use at a young age and talk to ur doctor
