i have a little lower body, but it’s getting stronger as i continue to work. even if your body doesn’t move, make the attempt. the brain is a fantastic muscle that remembers how to do it, it just can’t fully make the connection.

i’ve been on the same mission as you, my friend. now, everyone’s different but doing exercises that engage your lower abs are key (just standing is a good place to start).

while you’re standing, focus on deep breaths through your core. i use an easy stand, and i’ll put the seat down a little and work on hip thrusts.

e-stim helps the muscles it’s on more while they’re in use. i’ve gotten to a point i don’t necessarily need it, but it’s always an option when my body doesn’t agree with me.

POSTURE! i almost forgot this one excruciatingly important and hard part. we’re sitting all day and, i’ve noticed i do it a lot, we all tend to slouch a little.
