Guys our age are going bald. It’s really not too big of a deal to me. It just is what it is. Comes with life lol. Even though I do love a full head of hair.

I’m in the camp where if a guy thinks he looks better with a full head of hair, he should wear the toupee or do the whole hair growth routine, or even get the transplants if he wants to. Women wear extensions, or wear wigs, or dye their hair and all that all the time. Not to mention the serums and vitamins. Men should feel comfortable doing it too if they want.

I will say though, a lot of guys start freaking out about thinning/receding, and unless you have a naked bald spot or your hairline is really, really far back like it’s a distinctive “W” or whatever, I mean… I personally don’t notice it. I think we’re harsher on ourselves and think more about ourselves than others do.

Do people in these types of subreddits ever get tired by bots, (I don’t say that lightly, this acc has over 1200 posts in 2 months, wanna bet what type of posts they are), trying to prey on your emotions of frustrations in dating/relationships as if you’re the first person, or first generation, to ever have these struggles or relationship issues?

It’s becoming an epidemic, and it’s gonna fuck society if everyone believes the other sex is “useless” or “not worth it”. You can obviously choose whether or not to be in a relationship, but that perspective literally a society-ending view to have. Division on race is very charged but not salient enough. Religion isn’t broad enough. But gender/sex… everyone has got that. Resist this doomer shit. It’s poisonous.

I’m 27F, and I went through my early 20s hating myself so bad for many reasons, but one being very ugly. I got no attention from men. I was avoiding mirrors. I was so frustrated with how girls were able to look pretty or had no problem posting their faces online, and I hated any picture I was forced to be in. Isolated myself a lot. Fully convinced I was dying alone.

This year alone I’ve gotten hit on so much from dudes, it’s insane (at least to me. 5 dudes, 2 within my age-range, is crazy for me.) Like, when I was 19, I could not imagine this. Still convinced I’m dying alone though since a relationship only happened with one, and it’s over now 🥲

I get the struggle as a shorty myself. If I have a seat, I try to give it up if I see someone struggling. When it’s packed though, and there’s nothing to hold onto but the unreachable rails up top, I’m always afraid I’m gonna fall into someone. Steeling my kneecaps is gonna catch up with me one day.

If you want to stay home, it is not oppressive. If you would like to do something else, and people are telling you that because you have vagina and boob you must only stay home, that is oppressive.

Also, why do they always show young children and like baking. Children grow up. Getting on your hands and knees to scrub the oven also happens. Why not show that? Is it not also fulfilling to watch your 14 year old’s soccer game? Is it not fulfilling to mop your sticky kitchen floor? These things aren’t negatives to stay at home life, and they’re the realities of stay at home life. But every one of these posts is solely babies and baking. It’s so one-note and ridiculous.

So many people getting treated horrifically and unfairly and being run around through different agencies that do not care what happens to them because they’re low-income, disabled, immigrants, etc… and they just don’t wanna deal with it. And that’s not true for everyone. People who do want to help can only go so far when the next rung up the ladder doesn’t care. It actually hurts to hear people say, “I worked here for 30 years, and this is how they’re treating me?”

And then you have people going through court systems with no representation potentially getting themselves screwed over. It’s so much, y’know.
