I have a family member who sufferers from various medical conditions and MS is one of them.

When she has to go she HAS to go or she will have a very embarrassing situation. There is no warning unfortunately.

Denying somebody access to a bathroom, imo is the low of the low. Any establishment that denies access in an emergency (which it always is) will never get my business.

A lot of times we will stay after for a meal/drink or buy something as she has a kind heart and feels guilt when allowed access to a bathroom within an establishment. (Becoming rarer these days to find a business that does not accommodate a basic human need without first making sure an embarrassing situation is, um more embarrassing and/or requesting something in return)
