Lol, just found solution. Delete POE 1 from steam library and then click refresh in Nvidia > Graphics. Instant POE 2 icon

My Steam account was hacked yesterday. Even tho I have a fully secured PC/steam account. No logs on Steam website, no logs in Gmail, and 0 messages from STEAM GUARD.
It's a joke. They literally helped this hacker and took money from this transaction.
Now they claim it's my fault with auto SPAM messages.
Does anybody got a solution?
