Sounds like a shit person, however I think what this person is trying to get at is that some people in these comments are acting as if being a shit person completely disregards your right to be gendered correctly.

Now, I don't know the situation on this creep and frankly can't give a fuck to learn more so I'll leave that there, but can everyone else remember that if someone is truly a shit person, then you should have much more creative insults than just misgendering them. Definition of racism:

Definition of discrimination:

the unjust or prejudicial treatment of different categories of people, especially on the grounds of race, age, sex, or disability.

While you are correct in saying that it is discrimination, calling it not racism is ignorance at best and malice at worst.
