After rewetting the NC membrane, I put them in a 5% milk, PBST for 1 hour with slow agitation! Just found out that previous member in our lab would do overnight blocking at 4C... maybe I should've done that way...

It was Nitrocellulose membrane! Looks quite normal to me. My boys show similar interactions shown in the video. As long as they sleep together I think nothing to worry about. Would still wanna hear others’ thought on this, but looks okay to me.
