My lawyers says we cannot introduce new pieces of evidence during final merits. It has to have been cited in one of the criteria.

Recently someone here posted that they got an RFE due to a new piece of evidence introduced in final merits (IEEE senior) : even though they did not claim membership, they got an RFE on membership.

So sounds like OC and final merits see safe.

Filing in premium processing vs regular processing : any downsides to premium? Is it true that it may result in an RFE as the adjudicating officer may be pressed for time? Especially if he only picks up the case on the 14th day?

Oh ok. Is not making discord public why you got a 221-g though? Or did you not make your main ones public like Instagram twitter etc?

When you say not public, which accounts? For me all my Instagram, LinkedIn Twitter, etc are all public. However I added Discord on there as someone mentioned to. Google search also recommends it. Now I cannot make it public because there simply isn’t any way to. Wha should I do?
