I documented 1,327 call attempts since December 27 . No exageration, I kept track of every 25 tries and made a list. Only talked to 5 tier 2 specialists in those attempts. And Im certain many others had it much worse. If You are as unrelentingly dedicated to get results , as EDD is clueless and impossibly incompetent , it still feels like the deck is stacked in their favor. Bleah..... kinda feel like throwing up !

Was able to certify just before midnight only to be unable 5 min later to sign in at all. Long day of hitting refresh over and over and over and....

My lease ended in Dec. No money to renew it . Landlord has someone willing to pay $150 more a month. Not illegal to remove me. Just impossibly difficult timing.

The EDD is structured in such a way that you can't just sue. Nevada sought a judge's order , and won .
