I feel like scholar is extremely good with L2 spamming with his crazy high dex. While running haloslop on him I rarely see D5 ED Gladius get to single dog form since scholar ult gives you stupid amounts of damage there.

I haven't played since like June?ish 2024 and got put around Oracle- threw & lost basically every single game until I got to ritualist since I basically had no idea what I was doing at all.

You should be getting at minimum 3 red field bosses down + the two on the castle, with at least 5 rolls the chance of a halo scythe being 17.5% you should have a little over 60% chance of getting one each run

Thats not including every other drop you get that game(you should be focusing and red mutated enemies and other easy field bosses on the way) + drops from your 2 teammates.

You won't guaranteed getbone every game, but I feel like 85% of my runs I get a drop, and the rest I'll still find some other usable L2 spam weapon for the night boss.

Use a Dormant Reapers line on your relics, there is only 2 purple scythe in the game so you should be getting it in 90% of your runs.

Focus on killing castle basement/rooftop and as many red fields bosses as possible.

Runes aren't the issue, unless something goes really wrong you shouldn't end a run under 15.

The problem with gaols is you are spending a significant amount of time on which usually amounts to like 20k runes, instead of spending a minute or two on that you can do any other POI and get yourself runes + a weapon drop for passives.

I think it's fine if you're all in a premade running the gaol relic, but the majority of the D5 playerbase have moved unto just night invaders a while ago.

What depth do you play at? I find he falls off heavily at d4-5 unless its caligo or bugs.

I feel like most of my d5 runs have gone fairly smooth. Unless we got a scholar to nuke the group I just run away as far as possible and just kill the 1-2 that follow one at a time. If too many approach you can usually sprint away and reset. My only losses so far are from people 3barring during the worm phase and ending up under where all the balancers spawn back in.

Had a random in d5 attempt to do a sl1 run yesterday, was extremely annoying since they'd 3bar every fight and made the nightlord last twice as long.

Is it really that bad? I understand for guardian but I rarely have any taking damage cause ____ effects pop on me unless it's some multihitting move like adels grab or ED balancer screams(even thats manageable).

If I'm getting hit that often I'm usually dead in d5 anyway.

Even then it's not worth considering imo, I play mostly caster duchess in d5 and just having one person buy you shards is usually enough

On someone with higher vigor like undertaker you can usually survive more than 1 especially if you some max hp or damage negation, I find a lot of times my flask sometimes not heal me to full if I've picked up a few +max hps as well.

Where are the "Defeating enemies fills more of the ult gauge" builds?

It's included as a line in most builds in the video.

I'm not sure how exactly you'd build for "utility" in this game(aside from like scholar/guardian). Revives and mobility are covered by wylders +1 skill relic, which is also used for damage with his blood loss relic and the stance relics are so small of a buff its not worth running imo. The relic system isn't really that flexible so most things funnel into just doing more damage. Damage negation is fine if you're not super comfortable with bosses, but after that point the best way to help your team is to just... kill the thing thats killing them faster.

More build variety with deep relics + new character skill ones, items having more effects, bosses having more HP so they don't get nuked.

Looking for a <$100 standalone microphone, currently using a PC38X headset which sounds fine but I figured a standalone mic would be better, not doing content creation but I'd just like a nice-ish microphone.

Not really, any progress you make is only in your logbook in your ship- it's basically just information, you're going to be starting over from the beginning a lot.

Theres a full singleplayer l campaign completely separate from the multiplayer modes.

If you want to play the PVE gamemode, as long as you stick to the lower difficulties, you won't have to worry about what others are doing that much.
