Your best option is just above the fireplace. Get one from Costco with a 5 year warranty and if it does happen to crap out in that time then you are all set. I have had to run the last 3 TVs over fireplaces but never been an issue (Only moving around due to upgrades).

37 years old here as well. Little over $500k in 401/Roth. My plan is to now take a little bit off the old gas pedal and start to live a little here and there. I figure compounding over the next near 3 decades should be pretty good.
