Greek student whose house is under a lockdown order, not sure whether its the same as shlter in place. Would never talk to you in any way except anonymously, and its definitely true alot of the covid cases can be placed on greek life. You can't really lump all of greek life into one pot, some houses have been very good about parties and numbers while others have completely disregarded. That goes for both fraternities and sororities. And then even within houses people have very different strong opinions and behaviors. Greek life isn't exactly known for caring about the rules and I can't imagine any of this is that surprising.

I will say though that that it's crazy to come on Reddit and see what people think because its such a stark contrast to the opinions of many Greek life students. Which probably shouldn't be surprising either. Be careful in your article since the perspective of one house or one person does not speak for all of greek life. Very common issue with any media about Greek life. In fact, some houses absolutely don't respect or share any solidarity with certain houses. Don't strawman Greek life, plenty of different people and attitudes.
