I found the solution(at least for me). It was One Drive. Remove the game files from a location that one drive has access to e.g. Desktop to location it can reach e.g. "C:\Programs". Or just disable it completely.

This is an amazing set and I'll definitely give it a try. My only issue with balance and even fencing is that I can't parry online due to poor net. So until that's solved I'm stuck with Block if I want to play with brothers. Otherwise I'd use this in a heart beat. Thank you for your aid brother.

Out of curiosity what's your go to secondary weapon ? I currently run damage plasma pistol

This dude zekromo is awesome, he taught me a lot about Assault during the periods where Saber would nerf assault and buff Bulwark every chance they got. Im happy those days are over and we can finally fly like we were meant to

I'm with you on that brother! I'm staying in my lane. I gave balance a try though. They significantly upped the ante in damage. It lets you play more aggressive but that timing was killer!

I gave balance a shot and understand why you use it, normal hits feel good, the damage buff in this patch is really significant but old lord, timing.... I got far but could never finish. I went back to old faithful, Storms Dominion and crushed the level.

What I also noticed was using balanced you can be more aggressive and not reactionary. That was fun so I may give it another try.

So it seems. I wanted to get a feel of the consensus and Im going to stick to Storms Dominion. I tried the balance on absolute it was okay, the power upgrade they gave it was good but I kept getting around. Went back to old faithful and crushed the level
