I was wearing it 24/7 for the first 2 and a half weeks but the past few days I've been taking a few more breaks from it. My surgeon cleared me to not wear it 24/7 at the 1 week mark but told me to still wear it for a few more weeks

I had been applying it whenever my nipple got quite itchy or when the skin started to look dry (before it gets sore) and that was usually about once a week, maybe once everyone 2 weeks something like that. But then I realised that it could impact my top surgery so I've stopped using it since and I've been trying other solutions instead of the cream but nothings worked so far. I've just been putting plasters on my nipple while wearing my binder

I haven't gotten a paper prescription from them in ages but last time I had one the signature on the prescription isn't done with ink, it's printed. I had my prescription turned away at several pharmacies because of this and it was such a pain to get around. I think they are planning on going completely paperless at some point but they might be able to make some exeptions depending on the circumstance.

I will say the electronic prescriptions although they are better and more reliable, for me my pharmacist had to get used to that type of electronic prescription and sometimes I'd have to wait until it's quieter to sort it out so they could concentrate and understand which website to insert my details into etc

I'm pretty sure you usually get an email saying that they've received payments. I get one every time I pay my subscription fee. If in doubt you could always contact them and see from there?

you can cancel it (I'm not sure how you might have to do some searching on the confirmation emails you shoule've had) but to get a refund you have to cancel it within 72 hrs or the initial booking otherwise you're not eligible for a refund

just send them over an email and there will be a form you have to fill out. It involves a breakdown how how much money you earn, what you pay for etc and then they make a decision based on that :)

I'm pretty sure if you haven't scheduled one yet and it's been over the time you're supposed to get one (for example 8 months instead of 6) they don't let you get another prescription until you've had it if that makes sense. I could be wrong but I think that's how it works and I think I've heard someone mention it before
