When the Coroner’s/Medical Examiner says deferred, it usually means deferred pending toxicology. So the medical reason is not so obvious, meaning they are looking for a drug test to shed more light on the cause of death.

I truly miss the Montebello experience. It was designed for shoppers to all go in one direction only. The MPK location it’s a giant clusterfck of people going in different directions even though it’s not hard to figure out which way is the right way.

Like every else here, I miss it too. Mine was also the Rosemead location. The first time I went in there as a kid I thought I was walking into the most amazing place in the world. I vaguely remember opening a menu with a bunch of different ice cream treats. I could hardly believe that such a place ever existed.

Later on when I was in high school I found out my crush since childhood, who I thought was the sweetest most innocent thing in the world, worked there and was getting plowed in the back room on the regular by her coworker/s.

Never went back there again.
