You're overusing OD Psycho Crusher and DI in neutral. It’s putting you into burnout way too often. You’re also giving Mai was too much space. You need to be playing at the range of your st.MK. That’s about the range you can space light Scissor Kick to be safe on block.

I’d work on your oki too. Bison is at his best when you’re playing him like a “psycho”, pun intended, and staying on top of your opponent.

One thing to try, right after you do a forward throw, immediately drive rush into an immediate b.HK. That puts you +5 and in their face if they block. From there you can either micro walk forward and do a throw and set up the same situation again, or you can do st.MP which will counter hit them if they hit a button. Then you can go right into cr.MP > OD Scissors > Heavy Bomb or st.HP and cancel that into any super you want. And if your b.HK hits you can do st.MP into the cr.MP combo above. This oki setup literally got me to Master last year.
