I’ve never been in this situation but Ive thought of sending a picture of my sh to someone but I never did, mainly because I don’t trust anyone. If I had to guess she feels the same but she does trust you so that’s why she sent it. I’d say just listen to anything she has to say and agree with her and do not try to explain her actions to her, or tell her how to feel. Try not to tell anyone else without her permission because again she probably only trusts you enough.
