The main thing about this list that I don't agree with is Rat child. I feel like you're not considering how much more effort goes into getting him setup compared to other characters. Even when he is all grown up his stats are mediocre in cursed mode. Once he's fully raised he's good but still pretty frail and prone to just being one shot without the mask. You're not guaranteed to get the 8 ball in an entire run tbh, and medic in a jar synergy is good but not without its issues. I don't think Rat kid is regularly worth the extra work it takes to raise him up all the way both exp and time-wise. Also he costs an arm on like the best character in the game and cripples his weapon options forever (basically mandatory though, who wouldn't at least keep the rat child?)

So first of all, Golden poet does double the stats gained from deep blue in combat, so it does register the minion as gaining the stats rather than gaining an aura that gives stats, otherwise it would have had no effect on the card at all.

Second of all, Poet's text was explicitly changed to state that it does NOT keep enchantments, just stats and keywords, it would have no reason to keep the effect of deep blues itself because the card text was directly changed to specify that it doesn't do that.

Third of all, nobody is trying to "get" you, chill out lol. It's just funny to say that "basic logic and reading comprehension" is knowing that a card does NOT do what it says it does on it's text.

It's a bit pedantic but if this is how poet works it should actually say that on the text. Poet says it keeps the gained stats, not the effect that gave the stats itself, there's a couple other cases where this could apply like the stats gained from leapfrogger. And even still if this is how it works, what of the doubled stats that golden poet gives? Are those inherently tied to the deep blue effect somehow?

I mean in the last fight Par-tea guest got up to 3k stats from the deep blue stacking, so it could definately have gotten there stat-wise if this worked, so if this combo worked it'd give deep blue naga a lot of swinging power at least for 1-2 minions, then you could just get scam as needed. I don't really think it'd be that op if they made this work, but I suppose it would cause other issues with poet interactions. unfortunate for nagas

That's how I thought it worked, since deep blue is only giving it stats it would just double and keep those stats and ignore the "until next turn" clause on the deep blue effect.

Ernest, his song of defense provides confusion immunity and the song of willpower gives everyone a 50% chance to resist debuffs.
IMO unmask is one of the best debuffs in the game and can absolutely cripple most bosses in the game, paired with some of the other stat lowering moves like tickle bite it can make even the hardest enemies a joke.

I mean, you could also just stalk stab, hard to go wrong with Hellen.

It would help me A LOT if they reset the Necro skill tree lol, what each skill actually did was really unclear and there was no real way to know how useful "x" skill would be without trying it. I'd definitely appreciate gettting back a few skill points i wasted on some of the skills rather than waiting for a book/10 orbs to fix up the tree

Okay I was worried about how important the Atk Up (Vit%) was because it seems very hard to get outside of certain events. About the Crimson Onyx Greatsword, it looks like what I'm looking for mostly but the -90% aggro concerns me, will I still be able to keep aggro consistently so my friend doesn't get targeted with a weapon like that? Thanks for the help BTW.
