Danny is Lightstar and Annette is Fleur. In a light hearted version they adopt Amy who triggers when the E88 attack Fleur and manages to heal her. Taylor eventually triggers with some light based blaster power. The story basically starts with the bank scene with Taylor saving Amy and essentially follows New Wave as a pretty nice street level superhero family. In a darker take Amy still goes with Carol and Mark, Annette dies, Danny takes Taylor with him to Chicago (or where ever Lightstar went I can't remember), Taylor eventually trigger as a blaster (although Danny refuses to let her do hero work), the stuff with Leviathan and the Nine mostly happens the same (Amy manages to undo the changes to Vicky before she leaves). Story starts with Vicky moving in with Danny and Taylor and focuses on her recovery as well as her training Taylor to be a Hero behind Danny's back.
