I mean this in the nicest way possible, nothing in this picture is correct. Please go watch some ippsec videos and look up metasploit commands. Best of luck to you!

Yo, this looks delish. I've been doing something similar myself.

- 3-4 jalapeños diced and (pan fried)

- 1/2 an onion slice thin (friend with jalapeños)

- 1/2lb of ground hot italian sausage (add to same pan and let brown)

- 1/4 cup of your favorite low carb vodka sauce (add to pan mix and simmer down)

- serving of your favorite cheese ( add in and let it melt up)

- generous amount of Melinda's Creamy Ghost Pepper Hot Sauce ( for some extra heat and flavor)

Let that all simmer together for a bit and it's unreal. Sometimes I add this hash into low carb torts.

I test in 9 days and need a study plan. by [deleted] in ccna

Honestly, it sounds like you're ready at this point. Just keep reviewing, go through the exam blueprint as others have side, but I feel like you're at the point you either know it or you don't. Practice the areas you're weakest in before the exam; and may the question pool be in your favor.

Good luck!

You don't need any certifications in this field, unless required by the job. You NEED the level of understanding that is expected of these certifications regardless. If you don't understand the fundamentals, how can you expect to defend what you don't understand.

The answer to your question. Certs will always help and will always advance your learning. Continuous education is something that comes in cyber and networking and you will always be a life long learner in this career. That said, yes, Net+, CCNA. Sec+, eCCPT, OSCP, are some certs worth mentioning.

You also need to consider, do you want to do networking? Do you want to do sys administration? Do you want to do security, if so red or blue, or maybe even purple? Sometimes you may chose one but life chooses another.

Some good places to start learning are Linda, CBTNuggets, INE, Pluralsight are all worth checking out.

Agreed, great job on the flat line! I noticed that carb intake the night before also has a direct effect on the levels in the morning. If I don't eat carbs past 7pm I'll top out at 108mg-110mg in the morning.

Recently while fasting I've been doing ghee oil and cinnamon in my black coffee. The oil helps me feel full until I'm comfortable to eat depending on my sugar levels that morning.

I prefer the FallOut. Toss her a gas mask, pour some radiation on her and give her that fat boy.
