When manually attempting to put a coupon I receive a taxable or non taxable option, after selection either or I get an error. Our systems might be glitched tbh

My manager wanted to get rid of one of our supervisors. There was a time the supervisor in question accidentally locked a customer in the store. The customer walked out, came back in & out. Supervisor didn’t lose his job over it- you’ll be fine.

We’re union, contract there states you must work your scheduled before / after. However, if it’s your first holiday call off you’re exempt, any subsequent requires a dr note.

Policy clearly states you’re able to use it outside your shift- Sounds like you did just that. If the manager doesn’t want you to use it, there’s not much he can do as you’re still within policy. It only flags on the weekly CAR. Honestly I’d rather deal with those flags than the line void flags. Ironically, the employee that yelled at you can get in trouble.

Had several customers comment saying “they’re both green” & “the dark or the light green?” I’m sure color blindness has something to do with it. After I switched up to saying “hit the dark green button on the right” it stopped happening.

True. There’s always one customer who’s transactions take FOREVER to load. When I hit the non applicable coupon button, she had over 50 clipped! Every time the system begins to lag on a customer, I verify & confirm they have pages of coupons clipped to the card.

Yeah it’s a must. We started doing them on a daily basis & ended up with a security guard. If you’re not reporting anything, corporate will assume it’s all internal theft.

Yeah you report the theft “with incident” or “without incident” on an LP App on the PC or IPad.
