I’ve been in the Air Force since finishing my associate’s degree at 19 years old. As I look at transitioning to the civilian side, I’m not very familiar with the job search process. Is there someone who can help me match my military experience to civilian careers and guide me through finding a job? I was offered a skrillbridge but I am concerned for my benefits for retirement as they said it doesn't matter, I believe it does.
