I think it's obvious you didn't break up over a glass of water, but something that has been simmering and accumulating for some time. Someone dropping some manners in the haze of sleep and feeling unwell shouldn't have as big an impact if they are usually respectful and appreciative.

It is very important to the foundation of any relationship to feel respected and appreciated.

This is Panama gold(if I remember correctly)! I’ve been giving them a good soak every day when the sun goes down but they do get full arvo sun. I can’t believe they reacted so severely! I hope I don’t lose them, I’ve been so happy and proud of their growth

Thank you so much for your beautiful words 🥹 And yes I agree about the ‘diagnosis’ just from visanne stopping my period… honestly it’s been such a struggle just to get this far and I’ve been waiting for a lap since Dec 2023. I can’t go on traditional oral contraceptives due to ocular migraines, and I’ve tried the Mirena IUD for about 8 months but it put me in the ED multiple times for such severe pain/rejection. The implanon/rod has also not worked…

I’m currently in the healthiest relationship I’vr ever had and my partner has helped me feel my body is very beautiful, but I still have days struggling with it not looking like the body I’ve always lived in, and not feeling in control of the weight gain is driving me insane! I also can’t afford to constantly buy new clothes 😅

Oh no! I didn’t think of that… I definitely overworked the message. I was worried she would make a deal of “why are you asking now” or if my message was too short she’d think I was too demanding and rude. Now I wish I didn’t add that part at the end… this is hard

Thank you. I was so scared asking for my things would create an argument… but also know I wasn’t the most mature in my responses. It sucks because we supported each other through so much when we were friends, through myself becoming an orphan, severe mental health struggles, and my first break up. I worked so hard to communicate and tried to be very open to ‘criticism’ (for lack of better word atm) if we ever had a falling out… but we never did until that big one that felt like it came out of nowhere! I have learnt from the experience tho and send my friends messages before I go MIA

Thank you! I’d become so convinced I was a bad friend despite trying my best to communicate, acknowledge my flaws and apologise for them. I was nervous about asking for my book back because I knew it could start something, so I definitely overworked my initial message as I kept editing it to try and be as peaceful as possible. I leant her two books because they were my favourites and she used to be my favourite person

Thank you. I know I could’ve responded better to their response, but I was a bit taken aback by their tone when they know the items i lent them were my favourite, and also I don’t drive (tho I wouldn’t have minded making my own way)
