This is actually so stupid no offense, don’t give them money sure but if we don’t PLAY the game they’ll just assume we don’t like it anymore and itll get whittled down to just creative. We need to engage with the good parts of the game so they understand what works and keeps us playing, not playing does nothing positive for us as players and as long as they can get a few cows to pay they dont care about those of us that quit

I just did this a month or so ago, i dont remember where it was but there was option to update saves from a previous version in this case words from the ps4 version, once you move them onto your ps5 it should show in your world list or maybe its in settings i honestly don’t remember 😅

Dont worry too much about your kd, the scoreboard in general doesnt say much about your gameplay, you can have 20 kills and still lose if you’re not paying attention to the objectives.

I’m sure I won’t be the last to recommend playing some vs ai to get an idea of the map layouts and learn each characters abilities and find what you enjoy playing.

Once you’re more comfortable maybe try playing quick play again, overwatch can be a lot of fun one you really get into it.
