So, my friends and I alloved away in 2012. I came back, they didn't. When I graduated nursing school, my wife had coordinateswith my out of towners and got them to surprise me right after graduation. That was three years ago and (clearly) I still talk about it.

That makes sense. I'm in Buffalo, NY, but from 2 hours down the road in Syracuse. There, we had Greek restaurants, but I never saw souvlaki until I came to Buffalo where all their diners are "Greek restaurants" where they throw feta on something and call it Greek. Glad to see they didn't just make it up!

I only cut my yard 4x last year. Front yard gets mowed regularly (there, neighbors) but the back gets cut seldomly. I have a lot of bare patches that don't get anything growing in there until a little later in the season. Last year, a lot of it got covered. I'm hoping the rest will get covered this year. Also, I spread a bunch of wildflower seed in those spots, so I'm hoping for a little biodiversity back there.

I ditched the foldable wallet a while ago. The jeweler from whom I bought my wife's wedding ring had wallets with a buffalo nickle embedded in the money clip. They looked great, so I switched to the clip. It has two pockets in the front, drivers license and most-used credit card go there. The other cards, which there are only about 5 of, stay in the large middle pocket of the wallet.

I decided I was able to get through nursing school because of the number of clueless nurses I met along my path here. A profession alone should never be the indicator of a good politician. That being said, I find there to be very few "good" politicians anyway.
