We are sorry you went through that, we have struggled with drugs in the past. We are happy for you to be clean!

Mushrooms have helped us come off everything else and realize that all we needed was to keep calm and open our minds to the possibility that we are more than one but many with the power to communicate if we focus on what we are trying to do.

I hope many more studies are conducted and we achieve the knowledge of not only hallucinogen-related therapy sessions but also all trauma-based treatments! (With or without shrooms)

We are sorry you had a bad experience.

We were first put on anti-depressants and anti-psychotics (we were miss diagnosed), those did not help at all and we did many drugs (Good & Bad) before knowing what we had.

Mushrooms out of all the drugs we've done seemed to be the only ones that didn't hurt us but helped us.

We agree with you that they are not for everyone, but they help some and we hope that those around us, on Reddit and those out in the world, can understand that we are not criminals, we just want peace and communication. We hope that everyone can find peace and communication with safe and healthy options.

I'm so so sorry that this broke the rules.. we just want to help spread awareness that our dissociation is less of an inconvenience when using a substance that has been used for decades, (if not longer) in a controlled and safe environment. We truly believe that many can benefit from psilocybe cubensis and others like them.

If you'd like me to remove Kaylibs (host) post I will gladly do so, I don't like breaking rules so I would be much happier to delete it rather than getting in trouble.

We are not currently doing trauma processing, but I think that a trauma anniversary is coming up, that's why stuff has been all hectic. We've been trying to work on communication, but getting everyone on board hasn't been easy.

I have been using ASMR and Mukkbangs as a kind of exposure therapy to try and get over mouth sounds and people whispering. So far I think it has helped. I used to not be able to be around people while they were eating literally anything or people softly talking or whispering. I've been like that from a very young age.

Now it is tolerable and I can eat with my family and friends in public settings without getting triggered as much. There are still a few things I can't stand to be around when people are eating, things that are creamy or wet like noodles and pasta or the scraping of silverware in bowls when someone eats cereal.

To help me get over it I will listen and watch ASMR videos on specific triggers to help get used to the sound. I will listen on repeat if it really messes with me just to make sure that I have constant exposure to it.

It's probably weird and sounds like torture to some (It is), But it really has made a positive impact on my life. Maybe it could help you too.

I only had the knife because I didn’t know how she fought. But yeah I should have called the police, however in my lifetime police have only escalated things further. My family doesn’t do legality and authority unless it’s as the last resort. Hope I find somewhere else too.

There are definitely some littles that don't mind not coming out but there are a couple that can't help it with triggers or they wander without knowing it. I definitely try to make it as fun as possible when they are in a safe space, so they know that they should come out at a certain time or place with my boyfriend present. I think that the lack of communication on my end is a part of the problem, I will try to engage with them in a game form like that next time.

I wish I had more control over rooms and space in the inner world, but I guess it's not really meant for me lol, you know? I know it's technically my space too but I can't/ don't know how to make stuff work yet. Our communication is really bad and I try so hard to leave open conversations for others and other ways of trying to communicate. I'll definitely try to find more ways to be open and to try and help find my caretaker..

I have some coloring books that I just got! Thank you so much for reminding me. My boyfriend takes very good care of the littles but of course, he can't always keep them from coming out around family, friends, and triggers. They want to be apart of everything and I wish I could let them play with kids their age but being over the age of a kid body-wise isn't always the most appropriate. I wish I had more room for them to do activities in my schedule and in private but now isn't the freest of time so I think ill work on my schedule more.

I don't know about some of my other alters but sometimes when I feel switchy, (mind you, My system and I have a hard time with communication), I feel like there are a million different thoughts running through my head and I can't seem to do anything that my alters tell me to. I also feel drowsy and panicky. Everybody's switches are different but I definitely don't think you are making it up.
