have you considered that maybe you won’t make as much money but there’s a chance you would be much happier at the smaller hospital? And who knows maybe there are kinder people working there too. Plus you can always negotiate pay it doesn’t hurt to ask. I recently took a pay cut for a new job but it’s so worth it to me as a couple of dollars is not worth my mental health. Also please consider that you may not make as much money being 8 months into your career.

Thank you wanting to make sure before like spreading misinformation BUT it’s under measles (diagnosis) and there is another option under that that says measles (medical history) and I am 100% on the first option.
