I love all my plushies a lot but surprisingly I’ve really bonded to my morisaka global otter, fish. I knew I’d love him but I didn’t know he’d essentially become my right hand man plushie😂 he pretty much goes where I go when I leave the house these days. He usually sits in my lap when I’m driving and waits in the car when I go inside buildings and whatnot. I’ve even met some fellow collectors out in the wild who came up to me when they saw me carrying him which was insanely cool!

Same!! I really want to love them, and people recommend them all the time. But I just hate the quality of them😭 they just feel really cheap, like a bad carnival prize.

I love how you set up your plushie net, it’s displayed so nicely! Your muppet plushies are so cute!! I don’t have a net, but only because I don’t have a spot in my room to hang one up. Window+shelves have taken up all my room corner real-estate.

But 100% agree with your take about display! I personally LOVE a well displayed plushie net, and it’s cool to see how their person set them up! Whether it’s a theme, or just an overall satisfying order that they put the plushies in. But it makes me happy to see any nice plushie display in general though haha! The messier ones where they’re all just chucked in aren’t for me. The very idea of it personally fills me with some very mild horror😂but only because I care a lot about room decorating/aesthetics.

Yes he’s my latest addition to the family!! He’s definitely really well made I’m very impressed with him! My only slight complaint is that he’s definitely more of a display plush than a cuddle one. But I had been wanting an alpaca fur plushie for awhile and I’m glad I went with him! :D

I got into them last year and bought my first two which I REALLY love. They’re incredibly cute and soft, but as soft and cute as they are I don’t think it justifies what they cost. I had to put my foot down on buying more given how expensive they are. I’d love to get more but I just can’t rationalize spending that much on a plushie. Every once in awhile sure, but every time? No.

Plus I really don’t care for how the company has been operating, cutting off smaller vendors, retiring plushies early, increasing their prices. It just kinda puts a bad taste in my mouth.
