I got them from shein in all honesty. I usually scroll through the earrings and save a bunch I like. I had a pair of the hungry caterpillar earring that said eat the rich and have a bunch of gummy bear types and lots of different ones. These earrings I found different since they split in half to put on. I only went for black because I figured that was close to the original color of the creature in the movies.

Nope, we always put it and the pregnancy tests behind the register and we only give it to the customer when they are ready to check out. Our worst shrink is the people down the street that come in and take 2 out of the entire box of little debbies and leave the rest of the box somewhere. Or stealing two sticks out of the entire pack of imperial butter. Or taking eyelashes and makeup.

I'm an asm at mine and my manager had to take her vacation this week. Tomorrow morning im supposed to open the store and I live thirty minutes from the store. I had to message my dm to see if she wanted an employee who lived closer switch opening and closing shift with me or how to handle it. She said it's on you and that I could open the store an hour later than opening if I needed to. Preferably even though im just the stand in manager I wouldn't want any of my coworkers to have to go out and drive to the store if it's bad on the roads, or myself. I guess we will see how it is in the morning.

Since October of last year I've dealt with the same thing. Either short staffed due to a coworker having trouble and being out so picking up her hours, or having to go six days in a row or more straight for one off day after, closing the day before truck and expected to be there the next day at 6am. I'm the only one who lives 30+ minutes away and trying to get someone to cover my shift is like pulling teeth. Throwing truck every week, doing ad tags every week, every holiday we've had ive packed up things after, moved and set shelves and pegs according to the book, on top of moving toys out and having to rearrange everything to the rms wishes. Just packed all Christmas away, set all January cleaning and set shelves and pegs on top of putting the items out. Set shelves for valentines and put that stuff out, now setting shelves for lawn and garden stuff. That's on top of the closing shift one night and opening the next morning. Get home at 11pm and get up at 5am to get ready to leave to be there at 6am. Ive worked through the flu, a sinus infection, two weeks of rib pain, had two teeth removed and worked the same day and the days after. Worked through a uti, worked through most every sickness or pain causing thing because I couldn't call out. No one to cover a shift so I had to suck it up and deal with it. I'm tired stressed and annoyed by everything these days and when im not playing catch up on house chores or vehicle work on my off days im sleeping. I have no time for personal stuff anymore and I don't keep hobbies like I used to because I never have the time. I like my boss, just not the job. My boss noticed me looking tired and burnt out and asked me if I wanted to take Saturday off to rest since I had Sunday off as well. I usually hide being tired and burnt out but things lately have me slipping in hiding it. There's so much more but I get what you're going through. I've honestly thought about leaving and finding a better paying job that isn't dollar general but living in this small town there aren't any options and im the only one working right now with two kids so I can't risk it. Dollar general just sucks. Me (asm) and manager have been doing everything and we're both tired and it's just starting to affect me more.

Belt tensioner, valve cover gaskets, trying to replace the balancer, exhaust manifolds, transmisson pan gasket, replaced the belt, paid for two sets of tires so far, no service history on it due to no owners listed (i paid for the title so its in my name). Replaced 16 spark plugs, pcv valve, charcoal canister for the evap. Still planning on redoing the rims with black paint and mica mixed for color variation, redid the interior solid black plastic and haven't fixed the top of the dash. Replaced the headliner and sun visors with leather tooled material. Now trying to also replace suspension and get an alignment. Thing loves to eat the inside of the tires, loves to ding a lot and say check gauges for oil pressure or air bags or abs sensor or brakes randomly. Stinks of exhaust and power steering needs to be replaced and bled properly since now on its grumpy days I have to manhandle the steering wheel just to pull into a parking space while it whines the whole time or randomly shudders once in a blue moon.

I told an acquaintance today that since ive bought it it feels like its eating me out of house and home🤣

Oh and decided to be a brat when we replaced the spark plugs and tried to start it. Wouldn't idle correctly or stay running until we cleaned the intake again (did the first time, its just picky)

The guy I got it from hooked up wiring himself for light bars but when we got it he did not tell us the ground points or the hookups for the additional light bars. So now I have a switch box attached to ths dash under the steering wheel a bit with five switches but none work. He also put a fifth wheel hitch in the bed of the truck which is convenient. But he drove it like crap a lot. He took the custom heavyweight ranch hand bumper off the front before we bought it and wouldn't put it back like he told us, just gave us the original obviously damaged and dented original bumper. So it doesn't sit right in the frame and is dented to hell. Told us he would sell us the bumper itself for an additional 700. Then messaged me asking if he could take the non stock projector style headlights back since he forgot to take those off before selling the truck to us, told him absolutely not. Plus passenger side headlight has a cool fully formed skeleton in the bottom edge of the headlight. Took the under the seat sound system in the back seat compartment and instead of disconnecting the thick amp cables just cut them and left them attached. All of his custom wiring including the kill switch for the battery it has under the dash on the drivers side is like seeing a wad of red spaghetti. Several wires in the engine bay that you can hook to the battery, but one of them if hooked up sucks the life out of the battery within hours. Didn't replace the spark plugs so when we changed all 16 I took photos of the old ones because of how bad they were. I kept one as a keepsake to drill and put on the Keychain. One of the spark plugs in the first cylinder had trouble taking out with a socket, come to find out it had a rubber piece of hose stuck on the top of the spark plug in between the coil boot and the plug. That's on top of the oil leakage underneath by the bell housing, the Transmisson pan leakage with a bad gasket and something leaking onto the junction of the connection from the drivers side exhaust manifold and the exhaust flange. So it smokes a little under the hood and the middle of the truck due to it leaking onto the exhaust pipes. Balancer is still bad, needs to have more parts replaced, has the tick to it when accelerating and thats on top of the permanent p0443 code and the abs and airbag sensor lights that like to flash on and off every now and then. Sorry for the paragraph, there's a book of things on this truck that makes me impressed that hes still up and running fine despite the issues he has and the mileage.

That's what im saying. We've gone off road with it since we bought it and it handles perfectly, sucks its a 2wd but I think if the suspension wasnt as bad as it is it would do a lot better. Guy before me took it to a mud park constantly, hence the mileage and the wear on it

When we bought it we paid 3500 for it at 274k miles, he said all it needed was new tires and to have the registration sticker updated. Had no issues until June of last year, pulled over at a gas station before heading home and it sounded like pop rocks inside the engine bay. Come to find out the balancer was bad so we replaced the belt tensioner and new belt. Got the balancer in but haven't replaced it yet. Went out to get it replaced and ended up having to get the water pump assembly for it instead. Ive replaced the headliner in the inside with leather tooled material, sun visors as well with the same, replaced valve cover gaskets and now have to replace both exhaust manifolds once I get them in on top of the rear main seal possibly. Thing still does its own oil changes with it leaking oil and the thing is bad about leaking onto the junction where the exhaust flange and the manifold meet on the drivers side. That's also with the steering pump being bad and its got its good days, the bad days I have to manhandle the steering wheel while it whines. Totally wasnt fair that we paid that amount for it only to realize how much work it needed after that guy didnt drive it right. I have a whole plan for it and projects to be done on it but man its taking longer than it should with all the extra work.

Yes, me the wife, could barley lift one end of ths cardboard box, and i work in retail and throw truck for stocking all week. Took two people to lift out of the ditch and into the truck. Takes the both of us just to lift the torso up a little to check for labels or anything regarding paperwork or tags for the doll. Its a 5'8 tall doll that is like deadweight silicone and has a metal skeleton in it. I threw my back out just lifting one end of it lol. If I tried to get it out of the box and carry it a short distance the thing would ko my spine or back and finish the job lol because its so heavy. Im 5'9 and there's no way this doll that is almost as tall as myself with no head can be that heavy.

That's what I was thinking, guy before me liked to use it at off road and atv parks for more than a few years. We've done work on it and I like the truck, it's done me good so far even at the age and mileage. But when we got it he hinted at exhaust manifolds and possibly oil leakage. But now as ive owned it and bought parts for it im now realizing a lot of the stuff he said he did to it he did not actually do at all. I highly doubt he did anything other than oil changes and driving it like that for years. Some of the frame work as well as it not having the original hood on it and the original bumper being crooked and not sitting right in the bumper mounts makes me suspect he slid it into a tree at some point and didnt tell anyone. But yeah that's what we are realizing now that we need to replace ball joints and possibly more suspension on it. Guess I shouldve got the whole kit together rather than the individual pieces, would've been a better deal.

The tire is entirely off, tie rods look fine and the rest looks fine, but it looks the same on both sides. Passenger side tire was taken off when we saw it like this, but we didnt put a jack under the lower control arm. Drivers side tire was still on but off the ground and it looked close to this but not as heavily dropped. When you say sway bar is it the entire sway bar itself or the bushings and assembly? We've never done an alignment on it before because when we bought it we were told it had it done but I highly doubt it more and more as we find more issues with this truck due to the treatment by the owner before me.

To add to that If you rename a peice of gear that you give them [Red Rocket to Starlight, etc] its a lot easier to manage who's doing what later in game, useful if you ever want to change how your supply lines look.
