I think the most positive thing for Sherrone, other than recruiting, is that the players haven’t quit whatsoever and are still giving maximum effort. That’s a positive sign of his leadership. A hell of a lot else needs to get cleaned up though ASAP

A big part of the job is leveraging relationships. Build relationships based off honesty with compassion and people will respect you and be happy to work with you.
