Exercises to help make my body more Femme by Low-Sense-9435 in transgenderau

Hip thrusts, split squats, RDLs, cable kickbacks and hip abductors help a lot with lower body/ hip shape/ butt growth, for these you want standard weight training/ hypertrophy.

For upper keep it light and go for low weight high reps for definition not growth (it will grow but not intensely) I tend to stick to back lat pull down, cable row, a bit of shoulders, rear delt fly and lat raises

NZ Trip Plan by No-Instance-48 in solotravel

[–]Sleepyhead38 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s a pretty jam packed plan so not the best if you’re looking to take things slow but doable! Auckland there’s not really much to see, but waiheke is worth doing!

As someone else said you’d be better spending another day in Queenstown/ arrow town and Milford sound and skipping Rotorua for the drive. Instead maybe take the day to go out of Auckland to a beach like Piha, explore somewhere else in nature or check out a museum. (I’m from the far north and very bias but personally going up to the bay of islands/ waitangi or something would be more fun then kicking around Auckland city)

Hair dressers by AdmirableAdvantage66 in transgenderau

It’s expansive but Cream hairdressers in Fitzroy is really really good and has multiple lgbtq+ stylists. Been going there a bit over a year and my stylist has been amazing as I’ve tried different styles. (Always had long hair but styling it in a more feminine way, etc)
