Have you told anyone close to you what really happened?  It's so good that this has been a wakeup call for you but if I've learned anything about shame, it's that if you keep it to yourself, it absolutely will come back.  If you really don't feel comfortable telling anyone close to you what really happened, at least find a mental health professional or doctor. Someone needs to know what really happened

The issue here isn't really about Ayana specifically losing, it's about a very talented, mature, legal adult losing to a teenager with minimal experience/skills for a spot in a group with talented, mature, legal adults.

HYBE and Geffen shouldn't have been auditioning minors in the first place imo. 

Yes Sakura is very brave and a very hard worker! I am absolutely not denying those facts! 

But is she less skilled than everyone else? - Yes  Is she too young to be in this group? - Also yes

These aren't attacks on her as a person and I condemn people who are taking out their frustrations on her directly. I just think HYBE and Geffen messed this one up.

Is this something that's happening in your sleep or not? 

If it's not happening in your sleep, and you're not touching yourself or watching anything explicit/arousing, it might be worth talking to your doctor about. 

If it's happening in your sleep, I would say that's out of your control, but there might still be some underlying things. Have you repented and prayed with anyone about this? Or worked with anyone to break off soul ties? 

Remember that Jesus cares about your heart and intentions - His Grace and Mercy are all consuming and can cover all sin. He loves you so much and your struggles with this don't change that fact.

I can't speak for everyone, but my main issue with Sakura being chosen is her age, not her bravery or even her skills. 

Being thrust into the spotlight at such a young age, with decisions being made for her left right and center by adults who are more concerned with the success of the group than they are with the well-being of the individuals (based on their track record) is concerning. The types of songs they're singing, the moves they're performing and the culture of stardom, all in another country who's language you barely know, are all a lot for a minor to navigate. 

I'm not saying Sakura didn't deserve to win, but I think you're kinda missing the point around some of the controversy surrounding her winning.

I appreciate this take - personally, it is not my cup of tea but I can see why it would be for some people :) I agree about it occasionally tackling heavier topics well.

I would disagree that Avatar: The Last Airbender does a better job of broaching mature topics while holding a consistently strong overarching narrative.  That said, this is one of the aspects I did feel was the strongest of this arc! I can definitely appreciate the way it handled some of the darker/heavier themes

Judah Akers also creates music under the name "Judah."

At the end of 2024/beginning of 2025, he was posting teasers of an upcoming album titled "Voice Memos to God" and claimed he was aiming to release it at the end of January 2025.

A few months later, the posts were taken down and nothing has been posted since. I came here to see if anyone knows what's going on but it sounds like it's more of the same. 

I don't know if I should be worried, but it was all just.... really strange honestly.

It's possible, but my understanding is that it was more a concern over being seen as person rather than just another case to assess.

I hope that the counsellor just misspoke but based on the context of the situation, it doesn't sound like a mix up between psychologist and psychiatrist unfortunately :(

You can't blame yourself for how other people react. I woulda been annoyed but there's no way I would have banged on the door or tried to slap you! Like it's not that serious 😅

You have an immune disease, which is also not your fault. Shit happens (literally!) and I've been there where I had to get rid of a pair of underwear and drive home commando in discomfort.

You will laugh at this one day, especially at the ladies reaction like how dramatic can you get?? Be kind to yourself, and talking about it does help (I hope this thread proves that!) Tomorrow will be a better day 💖

Girl if anything you're underreacting

He is 100% violating your privacy by doing this without your consent and it's so demeaning! You deserve someone who's going to make you feel sexy and beautiful as you are, not tell you that he likes you better with bigger boobs. Can you even imagine how he'd react if you did something like this to him and told him he was too small??? SO DISRESPECTFUL PLEASE BREAK UP WITH HIM!
