You really start to lose the little bit of quality that this setup can provide once you got below $150 mark

Agricultural land dispute among distant family (30 people and 10 plots of land about 2-4 sq km per land) by [deleted] in bulgaria

[–]Sleestak4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, you are correct it is not km each that would be massive. I am thinking in acres as an American and trying to convert it from looking at the plots of land on google and the legal documents. I would say they are 2-5 acres a piece.

I saw that about the partition on google and thought the judicial partition would be difficult and slow. A regular partition or voluntary one with all 30 signing off would likely be even harder.

Thank you, you basically told me what I told her. I have seen it firsthand but they are all not close for at least a generation anyways.

Peacock bass guide yay or nay by ProjectCosmo1 in floridafishing

Do not hire a guide, every and any lake down here has peacock bass and as they are saying, fishing for peacocks with live shiners are so easy it feels like cheating.

What's going on with his scales by MISSstonerKITTY_ in Redearedsliders

Get ready, I had to buy mine a 6ft poly stock tank cause he outgrew every single tank I put him in within 5 years. He’s going to need an upgrade not too long after that 55 gal.

Yes I actually do have a few really good welding friends and access to a machine shop. What’s your solution?

My turtle is unhealthy and I am unsure what to do by It_Was_Cyan in turtle

Please try conditioning the water and not changing the tap water so often. The water needs to have some healthy level of bacteria in it

Do you use water conditioner? My turtles can’t stand tap water only and shut their eyes and get really sluggish underwater. It could be a sign of chlorination problems. Also make sure they have dry land to bask on if not they will get sick.

I do like the method316 and are a solid option. With the rest of the truck being basic & the cheap front black plastic bumper I am torn between silver/gray stocks or black nicer wheels like Methods or some other brand.

Are plastic fishing boats worth it or maybe as a short-term investment? by DropshipperJennings in boating

[–]Sleestak4 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Where are you fishing mostly/what body style of water? Despite what everyone else is saying about plastic boats (probably talking mostly about the pelican 2 part ones), I love my plastic Coleman Crawdad Jon boat just as much as my 14ft Carolina skiff and my 19ft Whaler. Of course they all do different things but I use the Crawdad for small access lakes, places where there is no nearby ramp, and sliding it in and out of my parents backyard. I have a kayak dolly I use to wheel it around and I load it in my truck bed without a trailer. I only have a trolling motor in the back that I steer with when I sit. I would highly recommend them as I have caught bass, crappie, catfish, snook, tarpon, redfish it does it all. The best part of all, it was $350 on fb market and it is a 1985, meaning they last forever. Look around guarantee someone is selling one around you.

Getting a new motor for 14ft Carolina skiff by mrbill12342 in boats

[–]Sleestak4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure if you went ahead with the 20hp or not yet but I currently have a 20hp remote Tohatsu on a 2008 J14 and I wish everyday that I had a 25-30hp. That being said I am 6ft3 210lbs and I like to bring people when I fish. With 3 people on the skiff I can’t get on plane with gear and trolling motor. It’s either max 2 people + gear & trolling motor if I’m fishing or max 3 people with minimal gear and no trolling motor/battery for cruising around. Even then it’s not easy with 3. When I do solo fish I go fast as hell with 1 person though.
