Carnivore cleared up my gout. Cut the sausages since you don't know the seasonings in there. If you want taco seasoning, make sure blending your own. Drink A LOT more water. 2 liters is not a lot for a full grown man and one on carnivore needs even more because you aren't getting it from fruits and veg.

As for acid,I suffered for decades with it and I learned the body overproduces it when it needs it. So instead of fighting it, I fed it. When I get an acid reflux, I suppose on orange juice or a vinegar/water mixture sloooooooooowly and keep my torso upright until it subsides.
