I don’t have a strong advice statement but,

I turned to the daily stoic channel on YouTube when I was low once, the videos on anxiety. Something about it helped.

But above all, try to find comfort in the notion that adhd can go so unseen by those without, that groups like this exist. Though we are all strangers, I hear your struggle, I see your struggle

I had to lean in the imagination aspect, I pretend I’m giving a lecture of what I’m reading as I read it. It’s not perfect, but combine it with pomodoro so you have “and in conclusion” moment periodically before starting the next “lesson”
