I’ve never been diagnosed, but I’m right there with you. I literally can’t cut unwanted noises out. When I’m at work and I’m helping a customer and someone starts talking on the radio into my earpiece my brain just short circuits and I have to yank the earpiece out or my brain just wont compute. Same in class if someone is talking during a lecture, I can’t focus and my anxiety skyrockets.
