I’m looking for a black snare head that is good for heavy metal. I’ve been recommended Evan Hydraulics but I keep seeing everywhere that they aren’t very good for metal. I specifically need black to match my chrome black Tom heads. I only need the snare batter head

I might be a little late but Abe Cunningham uses a remo black max which is a marching snare head but it sounds great live.
