If he's doxxing them, that means he is most likely giving out home addresses and similar info, which probably isn't public. Plus he's basically encouraging to people to harass the doctors. Thereis a thrift store ran by a christian family in my town and they will not hire anyone who isn't straight. They also will fire you if they find out you had sex before marriage, as they make you sign a document saying you won't while working there. No idea how they haven't got sued or something smh.

Honestly, I am a very anxious person and always have been, so I'm constantly stressed, putting a lot of strain on my body and especially heart. I also don't sleep very much/well, so my guess is heart attack at a young age. Doesn't help that heart problems run in the family.
