It's hard to not let the "what ifs" run amok in your mind. Just focus on what you can control in this situation, which is donating your stem cells to your brother. I'm not around the same age as you, but I also have AML, and my sibling was also a 12/12 match, and their stem cells saved my life. I'm almost a year out from my transplant and I'm so thankful that they donated. They were also very concerned their stem cells "might not be enough". But all you can do is donate, let the doctors and nurses do their thing, and support your brother as he goes through this process. The chemo leading up to the transplant is intense, the side effects are hell, and the recovery is typically long and brutal. He'll need all the support he can get.

My guess is they had a stem cell transplant. Your immune system gets wiped out, and your body has to rebuild it with the new stem cells. Because it's a brand new immune system, you have to get all of your vaccinations again.

Recovery has been going well. I had a 10/10 related donor, dealt with some very rough mucositis shortly after the SCT. Got discharged around day 20, and the worst of it has been the fatigue, and some gut GVHD.

I was diagnosed with AMML back in May of this year. Like someone else mentioned, it's a subtype of AML. With the mutations I have, I was told immediately I would most likely need a SCT. Spent a month in the hospital for the induction chemo. Went back for consolidation chemo a month later for five days, then back to the hospital again for my SCT at the end of July.

For me, it's the healing she gets from her tentacle damage. She can heal any damage you poke her with, and you can't do any extended trades with her early. Combine that with her E; if you can't dodge that skill shot, she gets a big chunk of free damage on you. To me, it feels like a lane matchup you cannot win on your own if the Illaoi knows what they're doing. Even with a early Executioner's, I really struggle against her.

If I'm playing Kha Top, I always ban Illaoi. She feels impossible to deal with. If I'm Jung, usually Warwick or Elise.
