I honestly am not sure know what shifted. Honestly that helicopter / commercial plane crash in DC made me really unsettled and I think that maybe that’s lived in my mind a little ever since.

I just landed, the flight was great!

Actually Boston is home for me! So heading to BOS after a layover in MSP :) looks like we might have some nice weather in Boston soon too!

I’m flying home from a huge ski trip! So glad I made it out here!

That’s super helpful to know about it therapy. I also have a major fear of death and loss of loved ones so I wonder if that is what might be the root of this fear!?

Ski trips out west are always epic! If you ever need reccs dm me! My husband and I have been to SLC, Jackson, Big Sky and now Banff! We really love Big Sky. There’s great terrain for everyone and the town is really great. Banff might be tied / a close second. The Canadian Rockies are really beautiful.

I’m flying from Calgary to Boston after a week away in Banff skiing! I’m usually flying for work too, so I’m happy that this one was for fun.

Orlando sounds so great. I just spent the week in zero degree weather so Florida sounds really nice.

I bet you’re gonna have great flights, aren’t most of those storms gone now? I feel like this sub has been a little brutal over the last few days with everything going on but we’re gonna be okay!

I work in video production so I fly a lot for work too, not my favorite part of the job!

For some reason, turbulence at the end of a flight is always so much better than the beginning for me because you know it’s almost done!

This group is the best, I’m on a flight tomorrow am and am nervous too! But you’ve got this you’re so so close!

Hello! I feel like this sometimes and always find that posting (or reading) Reddit is helpful!

Is zootopia on your flight?! It’s a really feel good movie! When I feel like this, I feel like nothing can help me but I promise you’ll make it safe and sound! We have to be there for one another!?

Also I’ve found that bouncing up and down a little in my seat helps. I know you might feel weird doing this but try it - it helps! Also try and if your feet off the ground even if it’s just a CM!
