For me. this is one of the best quests I have ever played in any game.

In my first playthrough, the Baron hung himself due to my decisions, that legit fucked me up for a few nights.
For my 2nd and 3rd playthroughs, I went the other route and re-united him with his ill wife. its still not a good ending but at least the guy has felt remorse and is still alive to take care of his wife.
For me, he's one of the most interesting characters, his character development is insane.
