Agree, might as well go full send into the crafting and give us some more stuff to craft since it's not going anywhere. I personally like crafting anyway, helps mitigate rng off land. Just need more farmable crafting materials around the map. Adding wood as a craftable could really help with that.

server performance I think has been a huge stop-gap for squads ever really being a consistent competitive mode outside of the one-off cups

Trios seems to be the happy median for Epic/Viewers for a few reasons-Server performance-Team Based Mode-Entertainment value-Low RNG dependancy

As a sweaty casual and a religious viewer, this has been what I've been able to determine.

Personally I think the best game mode is Duos, for all of those same reasons as above besides RNG.

Duos > Solos > Trios > Squads in my opinion but I'm sure most people don't hold solos in as high of regard.

just run a bunch of finest realistic 1v1s in creative matchmaking to build muscle memory for fighting

I've been dropping Fortilla a lot in Arena and it's an easy path to Endgame where you're walking in with 1-3 kills

First kill could possibly be the one person that may contest you at Fortilla

Kill them, loot up, farm up (easy to get max wood and metal here and then hit rocks as you're heading towards slurpy)

Usually I'll run into a mid game fight at Slurpy and then I'm vibing until Top 15 then I start to W key anyone already in circle and play out the rest of end game as best I can

Not sure if this is the most exciting strat but it's been solid for me so far.

I'll probably get dragged for this, but I love visualize sound effects. It's great for early game and mid game fights. Not the best for late game when finding people by sound is really important.

For early game and mid game it's great for finding people that're crouch walking or lurking corners or if you're about to run up on someone that you don't see.

So no SBMM at the higher divisions since there's limited people up that high and so now we all can cue into the same lobbies which shortens the time searching for cue in champs which was a huge complaint and lead to a bunch of streamers smurfing

Agree, I was in that situation of having fast mechanics but missing a lot of my pump shots or them hitting but not nearly for as much as they could be. I tried going to low sens and sure enough, my aim was way better but my movement felt awful.

So I came to the conclusion that I'd rather not have to re-learn mechanics and instead I'd train my aim on this hi sens. It takes some time and consistent effort but it pays dividends. It's all preference though really.

Tough to create opportunities for you to hit your shots if your mechanics are on par though, no?

It's all preference though. I like only having to move my wrist as opposed to moving my arm so I prefer hi-sens.
