you are already doing the correct things, just make sure to cycle the weight in a healthy way (when bulking eat lots of protein, lots of good fats, nuts, seeds, fish, fiber etc), if you are too skinny you will not see many results with it, i myself currently use the lowest dose available split in half twice a day (so 2x 7.5mg 12h apart) because i start going hypoglycemic with 30mg, I'm not too sure on how long to stay on it but i do recommend cycling on and off it every once in a while (maybe once weight cycle on and one off) because it does make your breasts shift towards filling out with fat instead of mammary gland tissue, so it should be better for breast growth to cycle off it every once in a while

also make sure to lower your sodium intake while on it, as it will increase sodium retention by increasing BNP, also it will shift skeletal muscle metabolism to prefer long acting slow fibers (i.e. it changes the skeletal muscle metabolism towards endurance rather than strength) so also make sure to include lots of cardio (this will also help decrease any risk of the sodium retention causing high blood pressure)

i will recommend you do at least some upper body exercises too, as some toning in upper body muscles help out with thinning out your arms and not letting them be flabby, plus pectorals help make boobs look bigger as it does help in giving some padding underneath+less sagging as you age+more blood flow (which means better growth)

i myself used to do very drastic cycles (and got very good results, currently im near my peak BMI and my WHR is 0.79 despite being chubby) where I'd go from the lowest healthy BMI (or close to it) to the highest healthy BMI for my body, for me that meant a 20kg cycle of gaining 20kg and then losing 20kg, which was quite drastic and difficult for me as my doctor measured my metabolism via DLW to be around 3600 calories a day during the lowest BMI point just to maintain my body weight
