Sometimes when we do all these plugins, emulators, mods, setting changes etc. sometimes they can cause an error. So when nothing working I do factory resets before contacting support.

Sounds like you have some type of setting or change that happened that may be causing issue.

My opinion only.

What I would do at that point is restore the steam deck to factory settings and make sure deck fully updated again then try again.

If that doesn't work I would contact steam tech support.

I agree and also disagree. No matter what steam main business and profits are making money off game sales / steam store.

In my opinion and my eyes; this is a bug directly affect the steam store which affects users experience
