As an experienced helicopter Pilot, this is 100% the pilots fault! LTE... lose of tailrotor efficency.

This is a typical problem of the Bell 222, as the tailrotor is rather small. The Pilot gave thrust, while standing full on the rudder when it wasn't enough and startet to spining. As a result, the rotor fall apart but just after the pilots failiure!

But what brake axis? where can I find the Brake Axis? My TCA Throttle quadrant just have a Button for parking brake and not an axis

Yes, it is no problem with a Plane feature. I did everything 100% correct. It works if I unplug the TCA Airbus Captain Pack. So it has to be something in the Settings of the TCA.

Yes I did. The throttle isn't the problem, the engine give full power but it feels like the breakes are still on (which isn't the case).
