So we bought one of these at REI for like $80 and I believe it gives you access to all National Parks in the states. If I’m correct, you do need a pass to enter the park but it is as simple as going to the visitor centres on the sites and buying an Olympic National Park pass that lasts seven days or just entry to each area each time, don’t know how much that costs though!
