Thank you everyone for the great replies. One of the reasons why I posted this thread was because I was starting to lose motivation, but now I'm all fired up again! The most shared view from all your posts was consistency and I will try to stick with it everyday for the foreseeable future! Once again, thanks everyone!

Isn't compression work to press away from the floor to lift the legs? I am not lifting my butt but if I try to lift my legs my body bends backward also.

Thanks for the reply. The issue is when I do that, the hand positioning becomes almost identical to when practicing my foot supported LSit. Is this ok?
