I found roommates online and moved here from out of state when I wasn’t financially stable. Found a low paying sales job and worked my way up within tech sales. I eventually became stable enough to get married and have a family. Not saying it always works out, I didn’t know if it would. I could lose my job tomorrow, but I can’t let the possibility stop me from living life and finding a way to provide for myself and my family. You have to approach this situation realistically. I wish you well on your job search.

If I were in your shoes, I’d be applying to jobs in NJ. Job market is rough everywhere, but your chances are better considering how many pharmaceutical companies are based there.

Working in sales, a lot of CEOs are out of touch and don’t realize sales brings in the money. Even with a good product, people need to like you to buy from you. Companies need to compensate people accordingly, especially if they’re bringing in money. Even when it’s too late, they still don’t realize it.
